RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Process invoices for accounts payable and generate vendor payment records.
• Create necessary journal entries on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Conduct account analysis and reconciliations, and contribute to audit readiness.
• Uphold accounting policies and procedures while managing accounting records.
• Deliver efficient clerical and administrative support to the management team.
• Keep files and data well-organized, accurate, and current.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and actively participate in special projects and accounting research as required.
• Adhere to the company's attendance policy by consistently maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Fulfill special projects and handle other assigned clerical tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior experience in an accounting position is strongly favored.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting is a must.
• Strong organizational skills are a key attribute.
