Job Description

Aesthetic Injector and Laser Technician in Busy Plastic Surgery Institute (Fairfax) The Bitar Cosmetic Surgery Institute, one of the busiest and fastest growing cosmetic surgery practices in the DC area, is seeking an part time experienced aesthetic injector to work in our Fairfax location. The ideal candidate will be able to wear many hats: a team player, a self-starter, loves to learn, loves to take care of demanding plastic surgery /injectables/laser/skin care patients, loves to have continuously new challenges, embraces growth and change, loves to teach and inspire potential patients in an exam room setting or a seminar setting, and possess the following attributes: Requirements:

A PA or RN degree with strong penchant for a career in plastic surgery
2 years minimum of experience in administering Injectables (Botox, Dysport, Radiesse, Juvederm, Restylane, etc...)
Laser resurfacing knowledge, either having done it yourself, or assisted in: Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing, Erbium laser, IPL, other lasers a plus.
Able to consult and educate patients on the appropriate treatment plan to include injectables, surgery, non-surgical treatments
Educate clients on post-treatment care and answer any questions or concern
Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation in EMR system (Nextech)
Provide excellent customer service with the ability to build rapport with patients to ensure patient satisfaction
Assist in marketing effort to include creating social media content
Strong knowledge of skin care treatment such as facials, peels, CoolSculpt, Morpheus8, EmSculpt, Ultherapy and ability to interact with Aesthetician for cross referrals
Knowledge and ability to recommend skin care products for patients.
Proven track record in sales and upselling products or services
