+ This job is a member of the Payroll Operations Team within the Finance Division.
+ Responsible for motivating, developing, and providing leadership for employees responsible for processing the Company’s payroll.
What you’ll do

Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.
+ Works with payroll analysts to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
+ Provides support for audits conducted by both internal and external sources
+ Analyzes business processes, making changes as necessary to increase efficiencies, adhering to existing SOX processing maps and requirements
+ Analyze large amounts of data using Microsoft tools such as Excel/Macros
+ Knowledgeable on labor agreements
+ Documents and updates procedures
+ Provides communication to all levels of management as required
+ Assists in reconciliation of payroll uploads from outside sources
+ Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize projects with conflicting deadlines
+ Ability to be flexible and capable of adapting to constant change
All you’ll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ 3 years of payroll, accounting, or human resource experience
+ Experience with a large payroll system (e.g. SAP )
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience/training
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
+ Ability to demonstrate excellent analytical and organizational skills
+ Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize projects with conflicting deadlines
+ Ability to be flexible and capable of adapting to constant change
+ Must work well under tight deadlines and high stress situations
+ Ability to think critically, analyze problems, and develop creative solutions
+ Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and well-organized
+ Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel
+ Ability to demonstrate an absolute commitment to customer service
