Position : Banner Application Support Analyst
Location : Bronx, New York( Hybrid )
Duration : 6 months
Visa; USC GC
Job Description:
The resource would be expected to handle/have knowledge of the following:
· Manage/Process IT Service Desk (Service Now) queue for the team
· Banner ( Student, Finance, Hr/Payroll, Crm Advance ) Knowledge
· SQL/PSQL Knowledge
· Banner FGAC/SDE
· Knowledge of Banner Roles/Classes
· Create Ellucian cases /follow up on them
· APPWORX creation of jobs and maintenance
· Weekend upgrade maintenance- management of event/testing testing ( Oracle patching OS patching )
· Troubleshoot non-production and production Banner issues (for example issues with the data and software)
· Validation after Banner production to non-prod clones
· Creating and updating documentation
· DocuSign Knowledge
· Manage Power FAIDS Security
