INTEGRO is looking for individuals to join our team at one of our dealership locations and seeking those who are self-motivated with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail. As part of our team, you will be working onsite at one of our automotive dealership locations processing both new and used vehicle inventory, playing a key contributing role in providing exceptional customer service.

  • 3 - 5 years of automotive detail experience preferred.

Overview of this position's responsibilities:
As an Area Operations Manager, you are responsible for the success of all club and detail programs within your defined region and ensuring the highest levels of dealership satisfaction and work quality. You will be working closely with Regional Operations Manager and Site Managers at the club and detail shop locations within your defined region to ensure all locations are operating efficiently, following Company processes and procedures, as well as, meeting location objectives; reporting directly to the Program Manager.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily contact with Regional Operations Manager and Site Managers ensuring day-to-day operations are being managed in accordance to Company standards while reviewing work is being delegated in a fair and balanced manner across both Managers and Associates.
  • Frequent on-site visits to communicate with appropriate dealership departments for customer satisfaction feedback and to get forecasts of incoming inventory.
  • Operate everyday with a positive and “YES” mind set while encouraging the same from fellow Managers and Associates.
  • Communicating customer needs and feedback to Program / Sales Managers.
  • Master all product knowledge, proper usage, and product demonstration tactics.
  • Auditing dealership lot inventory, showroom inventory, as well as, worksite inventory and equipment to ensure location is upholding quality expectations and all work is being processed accordingly.
  • Ensuring all work is recorded and delegated in the system PRIOR to starting work beginning along with all RO/PO or other information is entered along with confirming that site management is keeping any IRECON or key track systems up-to-date.
  • Assist in recruiting and building a team of associates that will uphold our corporate values and provide attentive, efficient service to our dealers.
  • Train and coach your team on the Company’s products/services, customer satisfaction expectations, and program processes.
  • Assessing both Manager and Associate performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
  • Ensuring both Managers and Associates follow Company policies, processes and procedures.
  • Reviewing and approving schedules for both Managers and Associates at each of your locations within your defined area. Schedules are to be done a minimum of (2) two weeks / (14) fourteen days in advance of the work period; and ensure schedules for both Managers and Associates are done in a fair and balanced manner.
  • Drive productivity while meeting quality expectations consistently.
  • Coaching and developing Managers and Associates to grow both personally and professionally.
  • Audit worksite cleanliness and organization; reinforcing both Managers and Associates maintain workspace safety, cleanliness and organization.
  • Building solid partnerships with different departments in the dealership.
  • Assist with resolving conflicts or complaints from customers or Associates.
  • Ensuring the highest level of quality service and dealer satisfaction is delivered consistently by enforcing Company processes and philosophies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Willingness to step in and work any job function necessary to insure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties may be assigned based on location requirements.

This position does require frequent movement and getting into and out of vehicles repeatedly during each work shift. Portions of this work may be completed inside or outside under varying climate conditions.

Starting Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000
