What You'll Do:
As a Buyer in our dynamic Supply Chain team, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing the components that power our state-of-the-art automation systems. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and executing procurement activities to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery of automation components.
Creating bid packages, managing RFQ processes, and analyzing sourcing decisions to support strategic goals.
Collaborating closely with Engineering and Suppliers to foster strong partnerships and ensure clear communication.
Identifying opportunities for cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives and vendor negotiations.
Assessing risks to business operations and developing mitigation strategies to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
Utilizing advanced tools and systems to analyze inventory patterns and make informed purchasing decisions.
What You'll Need:

A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 years of experience in procurement, ideally within industries like robotics or automation.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across departments to meet service level requirements.
Proficiency in MRP systems (experience with SAP is a plus) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
