Commercial Project Manager

Greater Boston, MA (3x on-site)

A reputable, large Medical Device company is seeking a Project Management professional for their Endoscopy PMO. As a project manager, you'll lead teams from various departments and locations to successfully create and launch these products. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders, manage project risks and progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet business goals. The position requires a dynamic leader with strong project management skills, capable of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams, providing feedback on team performance and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Manage project phases, identifying and mitigating risks while maintaining focus on meeting timelines and deliverables.
• Oversee resource allocation, budgets, and project schedules, and manage the financial aspects of the project.
• Coordinate task delegation, track dependencies, and ensure the project remains on schedule and meets quality standards.
• Facilitate communication across teams and leadership, documenting key project information and promoting continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business and 7+ years of work experience in Product Development
• Master's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business and 5+ year of experience in Product Development
• Proven track record in managing projects, including scope, schedule, and budget, while leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively.
• High emotional intelligence and leadership abilities, with experience managing teams through influence.
• Results-driven, with a focus on timely, high-quality execution, and proficiency in MS Office tools.
