P3+Uplift Delivery is partnering with a leading Midwest Health Insurer in the search for a Full-Time CRM Developer. Our client is adding more instances of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM throughout the organization. This is a Lead Developer role and will be a significant part of a multi-year custom Dynamics implementation. Responsibilities: Lead the Software Development Team in design and development of the CRM Dynamics 365 technology.
Serves as a subject matter expert for other engineers planning and delegating work
Work closely with Architecture teams as well as teams outside of the department to understand enterprise wide impacts
Establishes relationships with business and operations leaders
Acts as a consultant on engineering and business process improvements where MS Dynamics 365 can be utilized
Ensures the team is considering the development of enhancements
Understanding the capabilities of both full-time and contract team members.
Work with Platform Engineers from other departments
Assist in the change of platform to product (Agile) methodology
Utilize team members to ensure data analysis, data reporting is accurate
Qualifications Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field of study
8+ year's information technology experience
5+ years’ experience in Full-Stack software development
Experience with Core CRM Development and Power Automate
Experience working within an Agile team environment
Experience working closely with global staffing vendors to deliver projects.
Experience working with local consultants
Experience with CRM environments, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
3+ Years experience in API Development
Compensation/Benefits:
Annual Compensation range up to $165,000
