As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the sales process, learning about customer needs and actively engaging in the sales journey. You'll play an important role in delivering outstanding service and offering tailored solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and promote products to prospective customers using proven sales techniques.
Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation.
Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a friendly and helpful tone.
Collaborate with various teams to create solutions that address customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
Actively engage with prospects, identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional service.
Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Comfortable using the internet and other online tools.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
