We invite you to learn more and discover "The Vanguard Family" We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the General Manager for our Kia location Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for the General Manager
• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post content across all our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Interview customers and clients to ensure they experienced the best service possible
• Collaboration: Work closely with the GM, all departments and customers to ensure a cohesive brand message.
• Format information, memos, emails, and reports
• Understand and build Excel Spread sheets

Skills

• Work experience as a Customer Service Cordinator, Personal Assistant or similar roles
• MS Office and Excel knowledge required
• Outstanding analytical, organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Discretion and confidentiality
• High School degree
• Bilingual a must
