Job Description

Accurately enter and verify sales orders into a sales order system remotely. Take orders directly from customers, including restaurant and grocery store managers.

Customer Order Collection: Convert orders from various communication channels (Fax, Phone, WhatsApp, Text, Email) into sales orders.

Data Verification: Ensure all data entered is accurate and complete, including customer and sales information.

Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy, supporting sales team activities.

Additional Responsibilities: Assist in improving data management and order processing efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience with sales order management systems such as Odoo, Netsuite, Sage, Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi and other languages is a plus.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Familiarity with Google Suite, eFax systems, and transcription services.
Excellent communication skills.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:

Odoo ERP experience with Sales and Invoicing app preferred.
Experience in data entry or related fields.
Familiarity with AI tools for productivity enhancement.
