Ross Dress for Less is looking for our next Department Manager / Area Supervisor / Assistant Manager . Our store is growing fast so we're adding a few great candidates to help us lead our store. In this role you'll manage either the Apparel, Home or Stock department. 

• For either Apparel or Home you will lead the team to create exciting displays, flex your departments for easy shopping and stocking, ensure merchandise is properly secured and ready for the treasure hunt. 
• For our Stock department you will lead a team of dedicated associates in the receiving of the daily truck, processing of new merchandise and then merchandising that product on the sales floor. This is a great role for someone who likes to beat goals, and drive teams to great results. 
• To be considered for this job you must have retail management experience within the last 4 years. 
• There must be two continuous years of retail management, at the same company. 
• You must have stellar attendance, you're going to be a key holder, so calling out, being late just isn't acceptable. 
• You must have a passion to be a little better tomorrow then you were today. Growth is the key to success at Ross.
