Job Description

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help us grow our online presence, drive traffic, and increase conversions across various digital channels.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive online engagement. You will work with a creative and data-driven team to enhance our digital footprint and ensure our marketing campaigns are impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email, social media, SEO, content marketing, and more.
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Manage SEO strategy and implement on-page and off-page optimizations to improve search rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions) to make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, tools, and opportunities in digital marketing.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve lead generation and sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new digital marketing technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics (Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data to improve campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with teams.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
