Position: Customer Success Specialist (Remote, Direct Hire)
Start Date: January 13, 2024
Schedule: 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM
Compensation: $23 - $24 per hour
Location: Remote (Must reside in NC, FL, or GA)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This is a remote, direct hire position where you will play a key role in supporting our business partners by providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound calls from partner businesses, focusing on providing quick and effective solutions to issues with a one-call resolution approach.
Accurately enter information into the CRM and ticketing system.
Deliver a high level of "white-glove" service on every call to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, account management, or as a client specialist.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to easily connect with customers and de-escalate any frustrations.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
A detail-oriented approach with the ability to maintain an organized workflow.

A strong and stable work history that demonstrates reliability and consistency.
