Job Description

• Use High-speed document scanners to digitize highly classified hard copy documents into electronic documents

• Disassemble and prepare documents for scanning.

• Verify the readability of the resulting electronic document.

• Make necessary adjustments to the scanning machine to ensure readability of electronic documents

• Reassemble hard copy documents for storage

• Tag newly-scanned electronic documents to be searchable by 3 fields

• Work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

• Function as part of an integrated team sharing products, best practices, and information across the portfolio

• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen

• Must have Active TS SCI +Poly

• HS Diploma or GED

• Previous IC experience

• Experience handling highly sensitive documents

• Ability to work under pressure, coordinate multiple assignments at once, and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction from supervisors or clients

• High attention to detail
