The Emergency Room Registered Nurse will report to the Emergency Room Nurse Manager and will work alongside other tenured registered nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants who each play a vital role in ensuring this busy department runs smoothly.
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse will play a vital role in ensuring that patients make a smooth transition from the emergency room to an inpatient care setting. The Inpatient Registered Nurse will be responsible for organizing complex care and providing high quality, efficient care in a fast paced environment. The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will act as an advocate for their patients and go above and beyond to help accurately assess their individual needs.
