Position Summary:A family in Southern Arizona is seeking an experienced and seasoned Estate Manager who has a passion for hospitality and property management. The successful person will have significant estatemanagement experience who can work independently. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the household, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Manage household staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Coordinate and oversee household activities, events, and special projects. Maintain household budgets, expenses, and financial records. Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and proper upkeep of the residence. Handle household inventory management, including purchasing and stocking supplies. Liaise and manage vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed. Provide personalized support and assistance to the residents and guests, anticipating their needs and preferences. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end residential setting. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse individuals. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in managing household finances and budgets. Knowledge of basic household maintenance and safety practices. Discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information Valid driver's license and clean driving record Schedule:Generally, Monday through Friday work week with occasional weekend flexibility. This is a year round, live out position. Compensation: $175K, commensurate with experience, along with comprehensive benefits. Relocation costs will be subsidized up to $5K.
