Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and organized Events Assistant to support our event planning and coordination efforts. If you’re passionate about events and enjoy working behind the scenes to bring them to life, we want to hear from you

As an Events Assistant , you will play an important role in supporting our event planning and execution. From coordinating logistics to assisting with on-site management, you will work closely with the Events Manager and other team members to ensure every event runs smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, energetic, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of events, including conferences, corporate meetings, trade shows, and social gatherings
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met
  • Help with event logistics, including setting up and breaking down event spaces, arranging transportation, and managing materials
  • Assist in managing event timelines and schedules to ensure everything runs on time
  • Communicate with clients, attendees, and stakeholders before, during, and after events
  • Provide on-site support, including overseeing event registration, guiding attendees, and troubleshooting any issues that arise
  • Help prepare and organize event materials such as invitations, signage, and promotional items
  • Track event budgets, process invoices, and assist with financial reporting
  • Contribute to post-event follow-up, including collecting feedback and preparing event reports
  • Provide general administrative support to the events team as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree)
  • Previous experience in event planning or administration (internships welcome)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • A passion for delivering outstanding experiences for clients and attendees
