Pay: $24 - $28 per hour, made up of tips, commision, and a base hourly pay

We are seeking dedicated individuals with previous manual labor experience who are looking to bring their skills to a dynamic and rewarding environment. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to and from job sites in the Minneapolis area.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading items of various sizes.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
• Work closely with team members to efficiently remove and dispose of junk items, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of trucks and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manual labor, construction, landscaping, or related fields is preferred but NOT required!
• Ability to lift 75-100 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
