Responsibilities:
• Monitor and process all paperwork related to the closing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Top level customer service to all customers
• Negotiate repairs, oversee home inspections, and ensure a timely close of deals
• Maintain open communication between all parties and coordinate relevant details such as moving schedules
• Record customer information in the office database, track transaction activities, and submit the necessary documents to the broker for review
• Provide exceptional customer service by accurately and clearly communicating information both verbally and in writing
Qualifications:
• Must live in SWFL. This is not a remote position (although it does have the ability to be a hybrid position)• Minimum 1 year transaction coordinator experience required
• Candidates should have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients
• Passion for providing superior customer service is highly desired
• Previous knowledge and experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages are advantageous
• Time Management Skills
• Ability to work on your own
