We are looking for a highly qualified Federal Superintendent to join our team and ensure successful completion of federal construction projects (USACE mostly). This is a full-time onsite position.

Position Overview: The Federal Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction operations. They will work to ensure that projects are completed on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be highly organized and detail oriented, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all construction operations, ensuring that projects are completed according to timelines and budget.
• Manage all documentation and filing related to construction projects.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed.
• Monitor project performance and costs.
• Manage the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Work with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on-time and to quality standards.
• Work with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of superintendent experience
• Experience on federal projects
• OSHA 30
• EM 385 1-1 preferred
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams.
