Job Description

One of the country's top General Contractors is searching for a Traveling Superintendent to join their team. This position is the perfect fit for someone who loves to travel and knows construction inside out. As a Traveling Superintendent , you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You'll be the go-to person on-site, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Traveling Superintendent Responsibilities:

- Manage construction projects from start to finish

- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

- Ensure all work is done according to plans and specifications

- Conduct quality control inspections

- Communicate progress updates to project stakeholders

Traveling Superintendent Job Functions:

- Strong leadership skills

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of construction practices and techniques

- Attention to detail

Traveling Superintendent Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in construction

- Competitive salary

- Familiar with requirements of EM 385-1-1-Federal project experience

- Base Salary: $100-120K
