As a Field Supervisor , you’ll be a critical part of ensuring our teams operate efficiently, professionally, and safely while delivering exceptional service to our customers. 💼 Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct quality control checks and oversee crew routing and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field.
• Maintain vehicle upkeep and ensure compliance with OSHA safety guidelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer interactions, resolving issues professionally.
• Mentor and train field employees and oversee sub-contractor crews.

What We’re Looking For :

• 3+ years of experience supervising crews in a construction or related field.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground cable/fiber construction practices.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test and MVR check.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Expectations :

• Be in the field 80% of the time, working in all weather conditions.
• Available for occasional on-call duties and some weekends.
• Resolve customer issues politely and professionally.

💰 Compensation : $50,000 - $70,000/year
