Clearance Required: Active Secret clearance

Position/Program Description: Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or provide institutions. Provides financial and/or accounting support to the activity. Supports program/project personnel with financial tracking, spend plans, budget formulation, budget execution, financial data calls, and overall financial support.

Required Education:

• BA/BS in a Business-Related Disciple.

Required Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience performing the duties listed in the functional description of the labor category.

Desired Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience providing financial, analytical, programmatic, and/or accounting support working with a JPO.
• Execution of international agreements between and among the JPO participants, reconciliation of financial data, establishment of execution Spend Plans, coordination of collaborative efforts with JPO country-unique financial staff as required.
• Working with Allied Cooperative teams and program/project personnel to track obligations and expenditures and estimate forecasts against the negotiated ceilings of a FMPD.
• Collecting and analyzing data utilizing NERP to upload data and track project and program funding.
• Current knowledge and experience using AMS Portal (PMT and CSPT) and virtual environment Navy Flank Speed and the Microsoft 365 Platform.
