Project Manager (PM) - Healthcare IT

Job Description: The Project Manager will oversee projects focused on healthcare IT systems, specifically involving QNXT Member, CMS MMR/TRR , eligibility or member data load, and capitation processes. This role involves managing timelines, coordinating team efforts, interfacing with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives in healthcare IT, specifically QNXT and CMS data systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of business analysts and developers to meet project deliverables.
• Monitor project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure resources are available and allocated correctly.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including providing regular updates and handling escalations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly CMS and healthcare IT requirements.

Qualifications:

MMIS Systems, as working within Medicaid is strongly preferred.

• Proven experience in project management within healthcare IT, with specific knowledge of QNXT systems, CMS MMR/TRR reporting, and capitation.
• Strong understanding of eligibility or member data processes in a healthcare context.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
