Industrial Painter

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. The primary objective of this position is to paint industrial surfaces according to specifications, ensuring a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Select and mix paints and coatings to match specifications.
• Apply paint using a variety of methods including brushes, rollers, and spray systems.
• Monitor and maintain painting equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all painting activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Painter in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of painting techniques and principles.
• Ability to interpret and follow specifications and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Nice to have: Experience with Paint, Industrial, Construction, Commercial, Foreman, Field, Technician.
