Shift : 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (Switching to Night Shift: 5:30 PM 3:30 AM / 5:30 AM during the fall)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a detailoriented Painter to join our team in Broken Arrow. This role involves preparing sandblasting and painting compressors and other equipment with minimal supervision. Candidates must complete an onsite test prior to hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning & Preparation : Operate cleaning equipment to prepare surfaces for painting.
• Paint Application : Mix and apply paint systems to meet customer and company specifications.
• Sandblasting : Operate sandblasting equipment according to required standards.
• Masking & Feathering : Mask feather and prepare surfaces for painting; maintain tools and equipment.
• Readings & Measurements : Take DFT (Dry Film Thickness) Psychrometer and Surface Temperature readings.
• Safety Compliance : Follow all HSSE guidelines for health safety security and environmental standards.
• Heavy Equipment : Operate forklifts scissor lifts and other heavy equipment as needed.
• Flexibility : Willingness to assist other departments as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 25 years of relevant painting experience.
• Forklift Experience : At least 1 year of forklift operation.
• Heavy Equipment : Ability to operate scissor lifts cranes and forklifts.

Preferred Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent : Required.

Physical Demands:

• Inspection & Painting : Frequently inspect and paint equipment using stairs or ladders.
• Lifting : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs .
• Outdoor Work : Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and in nonairconditioned facilities.
• Mobility : Ability to stoop kneel and crouch in confined spaces.
• PPE Compliance : Must wear all required PPE including a full mask.
