Our client, a dynamic digital agency in the rapidly expanding iGaming industry, is seeking a talented and driven Influencer and Social Media Manager to join their growing marketing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to generate leads and player engagement.
• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors aligned with the target audience.
• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer partnerships.
• Create detailed content briefs and ensure influencers deliver engaging and on-brand materials.
• Monitor influencer campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Design and implement a social media strategy aligned with the companys branding and marketing objectives.
• Develop and manage content calendars, posting schedules, and campaigns across all social media platforms.
• Create and oversee engaging video content, posts, and social campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
• Optimize social media strategies based on performance analytics and KPIs.
• Partner with marketing, CRM, and content teams to align influencer activities with broader brand initiatives.
• Build relationships with industry partners to leverage mutual growth opportunities.
• Act as the point of contact for influencer-related activities and collaborations across markets.
• Track KPIs, including FTDs (First Time Depositors), player values, influencer budget utilization, and campaign ROI.
• Provide comprehensive performance reports with data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Research and onboard new influencers and evaluate market-specific opportunities.

Requirements

• A-level or higher education, with at least 2+ years in a social media or influencer marketing role.
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns and driving measurable results, particularly within the iGaming or digital marketing industries.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinker with a strong ability to develop engaging and on-brand content ideas.
• Strong analytical skills to measure performance and adapt strategies.
• Expertise in social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer tools.
• Familiarity with the Turkish and Swiss markets is highly advantageous.
• Fluent in Turkish and/or German is beneficial but not required.
• Highly organized with a disciplined approach to processes and deadlines.
• An open, creative mindset eager to experiment and innovate.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
