Lead Tool Maker

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Tool Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the tool-making team by overseeing the design and production of high-quality tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the tool-making process from design to production
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop new tooling solutions
• Ensure all tools and equipment meet or exceed quality standards and specifications
• Maintain and repair existing tools and equipment as needed
• Train and mentor junior tool makers to improve their skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mold and Tool & Die making
• Strong proficiency in Dies, 5 Axis and Lathe machining
• Experience with Injection Molding and 5-axis milling
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate a team
• Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus
• Ability to operate and maintain various machine tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
