Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, evaluating inquiries and managing phone calls with professionalism and empathy. • Schedule consultations and manage a detailed and accurate calendar. • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and maintain meticulous records for current client files. • Assist with various administrative tasks, including legal research, and email management, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. Qualifications: • 1-3 years experience working in a law firm. • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus. • Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous. • Familiarity with CRM and case management software preferred. • Proficiency in Office 365 (including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel skills). • Exceptional multitasking abilities and strong problem-solving skills. • Outgoing personality with excellent phone etiquette. • Common sense and a proactive approach to task management. • Must pass a background check (credit check not required).
