Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Set and manage appointments with clients.
- Meet clients via phone or Zoom.
- Complete and submit online applications on behalf of clients.
- Follow up on applications until policy resolution.
- Attend weekly virtual meetings.
- Explain policy details to clients once approved.
- Maintain excellent interpersonal skills.
