Solar Gain is seeking a Customer Service Representative (remote). Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Provide product and service information to customers and potential customers.
• Track customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a unified and seamless customer experience.
• Develop customer service procedures, policies, and standards for the organization.

Desired Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience with CRM systems and practices.
• Solid understanding of customer service procedures and policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.

Nice-to-haves:

• Advanced degree in Communications or related field.
• Multilingual abilities (especially Spanish).
• Familiarity with renewable energy products.
• Experience in a remote working environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
