JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Oilfield Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Oilfield Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure in oilfield facilities. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing various mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure optimal productivity, safety, and compliance within the oilfield environment.
Location: Three Rivers, Tilden, Cotulla, TX
Schedule: Mon-Friday, no rotation; This is a locally based schedule that permits returning home every night, there are no provisions for man-camps or housing per diem. If you are open to relocating or have your own travel trailer, please confirm this in your resume. It's important to note that relocation expenses will not be covered.

Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on oilfield equipment, including pumps, compressors, generators, engines, valves, and pipelines.
- Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential issues, malfunctions, or safety hazards in oilfield infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems using appropriate tools, equipment, and technical knowledge.
- Repair and replace faulty components, parts, or systems in a timely manner to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of oilfield equipment and systems as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, operators, and supervisors, to coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritize tasks, and address operational challenges.
- Keep abreast of technological advancements, industry best practices, and regulatory changes related to oilfield maintenance.
- Foster a culture of safety awareness and promote safe work practices among team members.

QUALIFICATIONS - High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a relevant technical field is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as an Oilfield Maintenance Technician or similar role within the oil and gas industry.
- Solid knowledge of oilfield equipment, machinery, systems, and components, including pumps, engines, compressors, valves, and pipelines.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control practices in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders effectively.
- Physical stamina and agility to perform maintenance tasks in challenging and sometimes adverse conditions.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
