Positioned at the forefront of Aerospace design manufacturing in Manchester, CT, these roles offer the opportunity to contribute significantly to cutting-edge projects.

Compensation: Depending on your experience and the shift, salaries range from $21.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Job Summary: Primary duties are to Build and Prepare tube assemblies for Weld and braze process. Contour assemblies to Fixture and Layouts to meet customer print dimensions. Follow Customer Specification s to ensure quality parts are manufactured.

Shifts and Schedule:

• Metal Mechanics – 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

• Assemblers and Welders – 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

• Overtime opportunities, including weekends can be mandatory

Role Requirements:

• A solid foundation with at least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, particularly in roles associated with Aerospace designs.

• Proficiency in using a diverse range of hand tools.

• A keen eye for quality inspection; experience with Calipers is highly valued.

• A background in mechanical roles will distinguish your application.

• A minimum educational qualification of a High School Diploma or GED.

• Willingness to undergo 20-60 days of day-shift training.

• Availability for in-person interviews to experience the synergy of our workplace firsthand.

• For Welders – Prior welding experience is required.

• Note : As an ITAR Facility, this role is available to US Persons.
