We're dedicated to accelerating and intervening in reading, math, and writing skills. We're currently seeking enthusiastic tutors experienced in teaching K-8th grade students. You'll utilize evidence-based practices to empower children facing learning challenges or significant learning gaps.

What You'll Do:

Implement Individualized Support: Craft tailored support plans for students, catering to their unique learning needs.
Monitor Progress: Continuously track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
Provide Constructive Feedback: Grade assignments promptly and offer constructive feedback to aid student growth.
Facilitate Small Group Learning: Conduct engaging and effective teaching sessions within small groups.
Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Build strong connections with students and cultivate an enjoyable learning atmosphere.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in tutoring or teaching roles.
Internet Access: Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Group Teaching Experience: Proven experience in teaching small groups.
Availability: Able to commit to weekday shifts between 3 PM to 8 PM.

Job Details:

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
