• Contract Duration : 12-months
• Worksite Location : Hybrid in Hartford, CT (3-days on-site) 
• Hourly Rate: $60-$65 per hour, based on skills & experience, W2

What you’ll do as a Motion Graphics Designer:

• Take an initial concept to the next level with motion graphics and animations, including 2D and 3D animations
• Tell compelling stories through unique creative assets and visual interactions
• Complete image searching, retouching, and manipulation
• Design according to Travelers specific brand guidelines
• Develop concepts and designs while keeping in mind the strategic business goals of the project as well accessibility compliance
• Organize and maintain files, including following best practices for version control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files
• Work in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, marketing managers and throughout all phases of project development

What you’ll bring to the Motion Graphics Designer role:

• A.A., B.F.A., or equivalent experience preferred
• 4-6+ years of experience in motion, social media, and editing videos
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work on multiple projects and brands simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with Workfront Project Management software
• Proficient in Creative Cloud (i.e. After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premier Pro)
• An exceptional on-line portfolio or demo real showcasing innovative design solutions
