Job Description

We are growing our innovative team and seeking talented software & algorithm developers and engineers to join us in delivering advanced sensor data processing technologies and scientific solutions that support national security and defense. Our work is focused on providing cutting-edge data exploitation capabilities for various U.S. Government programs, particularly in the Department of Defense.

About the Role:

We have immediate openings for developers and engineers to support programs focusing on low-latency data processing, fusion, and tracking algorithms for remote sensing systems. You'll work closely with a collaborative team of scientists, engineers, and developers in a fast-paced, small-team environment. Our ideal candidate will be versatile in multiple software languages and able to prototype and develop advanced algorithms, eventually integrating them into C++ on Linux platforms within government frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and develop new algorithms for remote sensor data exploitation.
Demonstrate proficiency in Python and C++, with strong software design and architecture skills.
Build proof-of-concept tools for signal processing, image processing, and data exploitation using Python.
Enhance Python-based tools used in machine learning, modeling, and simulation efforts.
Evaluate the performance and quality of algorithms and sensor systems.
Collaborate within an Agile team environment and contribute to shared development tools.
Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
5+ years of professional experience with C++, Python, and Linux operating systems (education may substitute for some experience).
Experience working with OPIR, E/O, SAR, Spectral, RF, or other remote sensing data.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Boulder, CO.
Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active DoD SECRET security clearance or higher.
Advanced degree in physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
Professional experience with cloud deployment or application orchestration.
Experience with Agile software development.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a highly competitive salary range of $117,000 - $168,000 per year, depending on factors such as role responsibilities, experience, and education.
