This respectable medical center serves the communities of western Nebraska and neighboring states, offering 25+ medical specialties offered through more than 25+ physician clinics and a network comprising nearly 290 providers. The RN Director of Psychiatry will oversee the Behavioral Health Unit and Psych Behavioral Health Clinic. This care center is staffed 24/7 by a dedicated team of care PsychRNs and other certified nursing professionals. This medical center offers a full continuum of medical services, including the Behavioral Health Unit with psychiatric inpatient and day programs for adults, adolescents, and children with psychiatric disorders and dual diagnosis.
As Nurse Director of Psychiatric Services , you will have the chance to manage several key opportunities for this role. These include overseeing the performance improvement program, competency-based orientation, and professional development plan for staff. Additionally, you will have the ability to be involved in budgeting and effectively managing human and material resources.
