HIRING ENTRY-LEVEL PERSONAL AND OFFICE ASSISTANT

Job Requirements : 

• 15 hours/week while Training, over the course of 3 days/week (5 hours each).
• Training lasts 4-6 weeks, after which increased pay/hours are offered based on ability.
• US citizen/legal to work in the US
• able to pass a drug test
• driver license with clean driving record, access to vehicle on work days
• some college at minimum (degree or experience in accounting/ business management a+)
• available during business hours 3 days/week to start, potential to increase to FT
• Bonus if you like cats and dogs! (but no allergies, there are pets in the office)
• Very organized
• Punctual & professional

Personal / Office Assistant Duties :

• Basic Office management, incl database maintenance, client and staff communication, light bookeeping, emailing, appointment scheduling etc.
• Driving company owner to appointments & meetings, package delivery and returns, Occasional pet care tasks as needed, etc. 

Compensation / Job Offer :

• During first month of training, position is PT and pays 16/hour
• One month review for increased hours/pay 
• Vegetarian lunch provided on shift, unlimited espresso!
