Job Summary FoldingScooterStore.com offers home demonstrations and test drives of our amazing portable mobility scooters to potential customers/consumers and we are looking for a representative to cover the Northern California area (San Jose to Sacramento territory) We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. They should have a strong closing ability and experience in consumer sales. In-home sales experience is very helpful. NO COLD CALLING! Enjoy freedom and independence as a local Sales Rep. Make your own hours and schedule your own appointments for leads that have requested to see our amazing product. Take a look at the amazing product and its videos: We provide full In-Person Training, detailed training videos and zoom training support to make sure you become an expert in this field. You will be driving to see potential customers within your territory to perform at-home demonstrations on your schedule and you'll be paid a commission on every sale made. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a great personality and consumer sales experience. The individual must have an inviting, trusting and patient personality and be able to combine those traits to close the sale. Must have transportation to bring 2 sample mobility scooters for demonstration that fold into the size of a small suitcase each. Due to the compactness of the scooter, just about any medium to larger vehicle will suffice. (mid size SUV, medium to larger sedan, mini Van, etc) Responsibilities - Call leads as provided to set up your own home demo appointments with prompt response time
- Travel to appointments within your territory to demonstrate and sell the Atto Mobility Scooter line
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications - High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in outside sales, ideally consumer or in-home sales
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
- Previous CRM experience preferred
