Bilingual Paralegal

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Paralegal to assist in our personal injury practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and will play a vital role in supporting our legal team by handling case preparation, client communication, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and case files for personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support ongoing cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish, providing updates and answering questions.
• Maintain case files, ensuring all documents are filed appropriately and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
• Prepare and organize trial exhibits and supporting materials for court proceedings.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Experience in personal injury law is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
