Pharmaceutical Sales Rep (IVF / Fertility)

Four Squared Solutions is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep IVF/Fertility for a perm opportunity with a located in Los Angeles, California.

The Pharmaceutical Sales Rep IVF/Fertility, will be responsible for generating patient referrals and developing new business in the Greater Los Angeles area.

The Pharmaceutical Sales Rep IVF/Fertility, provides service and sales support to targeted accounts by coordinating services, evaluating current business relationships, and developing, presenting, managing, and executing new business opportunities for key accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through clinic visits, hospitals and physicians
• Ability to identify and analyze data/territory to generate business
• Convert opportunities into active accounts by scheduling meetings with key decision maker(s).
• Participates in sales meetings with sales management and training programs as designated
• Attends in-services to referral sources
• Frequently communicates with pharmacy staff and management team to support effective customer service and sales development

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
• 5+ years of sales experience

• 2 + years experience in selling Fertility / IVF services
• Experience with New Business Development
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self & highly motivated, Sales driven

Physical Requirements:

• Valid drivers license required. Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned area. This position requires regular business travel mostly by car within a set geographic region.
• Ability to carry and transport professional sales samples and literature.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
• Frequent talking, hearing, visual acuity (detail/accuracy), and repetitive motion
