Your Role
As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in organizing and managing projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure goals are met, timelines are maintained, and deliverables exceed expectations.
What You'll Do
Project Management:
Lead all aspects of assigned projects, from initial planning to implementation and closure.
Develop and execute detailed project plans, allocate resources, and oversee daily operations.
Establish and uphold standards for productivity, quality, and customer service using recognized project management principles.
Leadership & Mentorship:
Inspire team members to achieve their best and grow as professionals.
Serve as a role model and mentor, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Client Relationships:
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their goals and identifying opportunities for growth.
Proactively seek ways to enhance client satisfaction and drive value.
Training & Development:
Conduct training sessions (remote or onsite) and provide Go-Live support for clients.
Create or update training materials to improve knowledge-sharing.
Mentor junior team members and onboard new employees, supporting their professional development.
Communication & Reporting:
Keep stakeholders informed with clear and consistent updates.
Facilitate regular team and client meetings to track progress and address challenges.
Financial Management:
Monitor project budgets, including revenue forecasting, profitability, and resource utilization.
Ensure client contract hours are adhered to and effectively managed.
Process Improvement:
Continuously identify and implement ways to enhance internal workflows.
Document lessons learned and share insights with the team.
What We're Looking For
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proven ability to lead projects successfully, meeting timelines and resolving challenges proactively.
Enthusiastic and energetic approach to work, especially when engaging with clients.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
Understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
A dedicated remote workspace to support productivity and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification.
Experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
Familiarity with medical practice workflows or specialties (e.g., Orthopedics, Cardiology, OB/GYN).
Prior experience with Patient Portals or EMR systems.
Background in conducting training sessions.
Working Conditions
Primarily stationary work with regular computer use.
Requires effective communication with team members and clients.
Must have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
