The pay range is $85,500.00 - $153,900.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. About the role: As a Sr. Data Analyst you will be responsible for supporting our efforts to help Target make better data driven decisions through analytics and insight. In this position, you'll support the 2,000+ team of Field Property Management. You will accomplish this through a wide variety of skills: data wrangling, visualization, descriptive and inferential statistics, and exploratory analysis. The team operates in a product model, you will work with a global group of analysts. In partnership with your leader and Stakeholders, design and deliver analytical solutions to a business problem Design KPIs, calculations and metrics that accurately reflect process and shapes behaviors Drive consistency, scalability of analytical solutions implemented within the field organization Partner with other analysts, other analytics organization to ensure cohesiveness across Stores reporting portfolio Conduct analysis to inform the landscape and trade-off of business decisions Effectively communicate and apply analysis findings to business insights Serve as a thought leader and mentor on business domain and analytical techniques to elevate team performance Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. About You: Required: BA/BS or equivalent experience 2+ years in an Analytics related role Proficient with various programming languages- SQL, R, Python Proficient in Data Visualization Principles Understanding of inferential statistics Understanding of relational and non-relational databases Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education to continue to raise individual and team performance Demonstrated outstanding ability to drive efforts from concept to implementation and influence across all levels of the organization Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical acumen Superior communication, listening, and organizational skills This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
