POSITION SUMMARY:

This role offers a unique opportunity for a conscientious and thorough individual to play a vital role on our management team as our Field Operations Property Manager . You could be a great fit for this position if you enjoy skill-based work and excel at managing resources to get the job done. 

Your day-to-day 

Before or after a guest checkout, you will commute to properties to conduct meticulous property inspections . In order to keep our properties in tip-top shape and ready to receive guests, we’ll rely on you to report any property issues directly to the owners to seek resolution .

Then, you will be required to effectively delegate maintenance tasks within your team and take full responsibility for the project's outcomes. 

You will take on the responsibility of completing various tasks yourself, such as stocking the properties and ensuring cleaning and maintenance standards are met so that the properties receive 5-star ratings from guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform thorough property inspections 
  • Report issues to management and ownership 
  • Assign tasks to the maintenance team and ensure they are completed
  • Complete billing to owners for work performed 
  • Establish professional relationships with your team and third-party vendors. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience as an assistant GM or property manager is required, preferably in the vacation rental industry. 
  • Team leadership skills are required. 
  • Basic understanding of home maintenance, including systems like HVAC and pool maintenance. 
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented. 
  • Proficient in the use of calendars and scheduling your time in the most efficient manner.
  • Must be able to delegate with excellent follow-through. 
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $50,000 

Benefits: 

  • Paid time off, such as PTO, sick days, and vacation days 
  • Health insurance

Schedule: Must be able to work five days a week, 9 am to 5 pm, flexibly to work after hours as needed. Saturdays are required from mid-December through mid-April.
