Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent on Elite Icon Team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic industry where you can help clients achieve their real estate goals. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting process while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Your organizational skills, knowledge of real estate law, and ability to effectively communicate will be essential in providing exceptional service to your clients. In short, we take the stress out of complex real estate transactions for both our agents and our clients. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,000.00 - $307,000.00 per year Your Duties as an Agent

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
  • Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
  • Create and maintain listings of available properties
  • Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
  • Market and advertise properties through various channels
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
  • Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the transaction process
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
Your Skills as an Agent
  • Strong knowledge of real estate administrative procedures and processes
  • Familiarity with real estate law and regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
  • Understanding of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Administrative abilities to handle paperwork, contracts, and other documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide insights to clients for informed decision-making
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
