Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager/Office Assistant to support Keri, one of the owners of Human Element Real Estate. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the day-to-day activities of the leadership team Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to Keri, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring a well-organized workspace. • Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling viewings, and ensuring a high level of customer service. • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and client functions. • Communication: Draft and manage correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain documentation. • Project Management: Support various projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved. • Technology Management: Utilize and manage company’s proprietary tools and software to streamline operations and enhance productivity. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office administration, operations management, or a related field. • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. • Attributes: A proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required. • Personality: Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for real estate and a commitment to providing exceptional support to the leadership team.
