Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties
• Evaluate clients' desires and economic capabilities to provide suitable suggestions
• Mediate transactions between sellers and buyers, ensuring honest and beneficial outcomes
• Provide information on legal guidelines, rates, property availability, and specifications
• Generate and manage property listings

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
• Trustworthy and results-driven
• Proven track record of successful sales
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong listening skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years old or above
