Job Description

As the Transaction Manager with Team Borham, and Jeffrey Borham PA, you will observe, learn, and execute the procedures and processes necessary for a top real estate team to function. The following list of responsibilities is expected as the Transaction Manager (TM) for Jeffrey Borham, PA. Responsibilities: Expectations: The TM’s primary responsibility is ensuring transactions handled by Team Borham close, in a timely manner, with the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. All necessary tools for success should be provided by your executive leadership team. If currently implemented processes or procedures are hindering the TM’s success that should be communicated to the leadership team for potential solutions. Staff Management/Leadership: • Assisting in the hiring and managing of Transaction Coordinating staff. This may include meeting with third-party transaction companies, setting expectations, accountability meetings, creating and maintaining tracking software, and reporting out to executive leadership monthly, quarterly, and annually. • Ensuring all transaction coordinator work is correct, and timely, and customer service is maintained. Be a support resource for clients, and agents as needed throughout the transaction process. Reporting: Tracking of transactions as an organization is of the utmost importance. The following tracking processes are currently and should be maintained until another process or solution is implemented with the approval of the leadership team: • Sisu Transaction Management • SkySlope (eXp required software) End-of-month reconciliation with the Broker and CPA to ensure all transactions have been closed, are compliant, and agents, as well as the team, have received payments. Transaction Support: As needed, to ensure proper customer service is being maintained, taking on a Transaction Coordinator role may be needed. This includes: • Onboarding of contracts with introduction emails to all necessary parties including Title Companies, Lenders, Co-Ops • Scheduling/Confirming of inspections, appraisals, and closings with clients and vendors • Weekly calls with lenders, title companies, co-ops, and clients to ensure an on-time close and to mitigate roadblocks • Ensuring Sellers leave all necessary items for the new homeowners in an agreed-upon area, and turn off/transfer utilities by a specified date • Ensuring Buyers know their new utility companies, necessary turn-on dates • Calculating and submitting commissions to brokerage systems • Auditing and uploading compliance documents to brokerage systems: Ensure compliance documents are approved and make any necessary changes • Creating necessary addenda as needed per transaction • Ensuring transactions are closed out under Jeffrey Borham's name in the MLS to ensure proper team credit • Auditing of closing statements to ensure proper commissions, fees, and credits are accounted for • Ensure disbursement agreements are created per the brokerage standard • Updating all necessary parties as there are large changes throughout the transaction including: Closing date, Commissions, Cancellation, Purchase Price Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills • Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service • High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred About Company: Team Borham is one of the top Real Estate teams in the Greater Tampa Bay area! $150+ Million Dollar TeamEndorsed by top celebritiesRewarding and collaborative work cultureCareer Growth & Leadership Roles#1 Fastest Growing Brokerage in the WORLD!!
