Essential Duties + Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments of clients, overseeing caregiver services.
  • Assess caregiver skills and provide PCA training at orientation.
  • Monitor client care and communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors.
  • Follow agency policies and procedures regarding the duties and responsibilities of a Registered Nurse.
  • Perform supervisory visits to assess client conditions and the quality of care provided.
  • Document any changes in clients’ medical conditions, respond appropriately, and evaluate client and family satisfaction with care services.
Job Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina with a minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience in patient care.
  • Ability to provide two references or employment verifications.
  • Willingness to travel locally (Mileage Reimbursement provided).
  • Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend intake calls
  • Must have no history of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or any other misconduct as verified by credible sources.
  • Obtain Communicable Disease Clearance, including a 2-step PPD test.
  • Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check.
